Cancellation & refund policy

Physical Products

1. Cancellation Policy:
   1. Customers must inform us of order cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. Please send an email to info@debalbanerjee.com to initiate the cancellation process.
   1. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
2. Replacement or Return:
   1. Replacements or returns are only valid for manufacturing defects.
   1. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us by writing an email to info@debalbanerjee.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
3. Manufacturing Defects:
   1. In case of a manufacturing defect, we will either:
      1. Refund the entire amount within 7 working days, or
      1. Initiate a replacement within 7 working days.
4. Stock Availability:
   1. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
